It's going to be 82 today and 88 this sat/sun/mon..so I'm heating the pool today to get ready for the weekend. I'm not trying to make you guys mad by rubbing it in just wanna share.

I've been thinking alot what you said yesterday J and I will try to have a better attitude and pump up the exercise. Ash..do you feel like you can eat a little more or does any little cheat affect you?

I logged on at 7 and I talked to T, but then she dropped off and I figured her comp either froze or she lost power since she didn't get right back on. T, don't ya just hate it when your comp freezes, always at the worst time too!! I hung around in the chat till about 7:25, and talked to some ladies there, but since I was right in the middle of painting the bathroom, I got back to that, so maybe we can try again tonight?


Didn't eat dinner in light of trying hard to finish up bathroom, so I had a tea and a bite of PB and called it a night at 10. The green looks good, can't wait to get the decorative stuff up now. Maybe a new mirror? and then, sewing of a valance of some sort to tie into the shower curtain I am going to make for the upstairs bath.

just got back from curves, I ate and drank a slug of water before and I weighed there, Rita recorded it, .5 pounds to go for the next shirt. Rita was surprised, I practically had to wipe it off her face,lol. She is like, "are you eating?" So I hope to have a good number to report tomarrow.

Dragging it around here, period in full effect and it's painful...but I am drowning again in water. I am doing cardio again tonight, I like the combo, slim in 6 gets me sweaty and pumped enough to ride it out, might jog instead of precor.
No breakfast today, tuna and hb egg for lunch...might stuff the 2 hb eggs w/ tuna...yum....wasn't hungry til I wrote that.
Sorry I missed ya girls, Kate finally got me in, had to sign up for Java something and there was only one girl in there..I felt bad, but I was not going to stay on the computer chatting it up unless it was w/ you girls. Time is precious. Tonight I will get back on at the same time, if you two are in the chat room, cool...if not, cool.
T-I am glad you are changing your tude, I too realize it's time to quit making excuses, I would just love to see what a knock out I can be again, slimmer. Ashley inspires me, those arms, that tiny waist, I am loving the new picture.
T, I thought that was at a winery. It looks beautiful. You two look like sisters.
Ashley we expect picuters of that bath soon. I don't know when I will start on my project...gotta clean the closet out first...that means I have to make room dowstairs, which is still clogged cuz the garage is still a wreck from moving last fall and we are having a BIG garage sale in April...so I don't want to shove all the goods from the computer room out there w/ that stuff til I can completely organize the garage area. See, our friend who owned the house before us, left a ton of stuff when he moved to Nebraska and makes small trips to get it....so it's all his fault.
Anywho..I am thinking about taking the doors off the closet and putting Kate's armoire in there (computer).....more room for my sewing stuff...Ash, I make a lot of my own curtains, you should try a roman shade, or easier and adorable is material, covering the window, fitted to it, sewing ribbons (we love ribbon, don't we!??!?!) at the top and then bunching the bottom up and tying the ribbon at the bottom....I have one in my kitchen...will take a picture of it. It's a nice twist on the old valance.

just goofin off at work til my patients start coming...took these off my picture trail, they will probably be too small to view very well...I can't seem to size them up right from here....
Kate and I, the Thanksgiving day, 2005 after tests that confirmed we were going to have Stela and she was going to make it!!! (I had to take progesterone supp.) that was before Kate's surgery. She looks super different, doesn't she? The other was when Stela was 5 wks. old....she was so little then.

there's gotta be a way to do it. I used to have to resize but now I dont, it's like it does it for me, some of these are large photos...try again add attachments at the bottom here whe you reply to a post....works for me.

Thanks, I love them too- of you guys. Getting to know more about you. That day you mention the glow, was one of the happiest days of our lives. Ironic it was Thanksgiving...I spent the morning (w/ kate and fam) at the hospital...getting lab, never forget that day!

Wow, love all the pictures!!

First off, let me say that Kate has made huge (sckuze the pun) change since that first pic, but Jina girl, you have too, I mean massive difference, maybe you don't see it cause it's you, but you are looking like a beach bunny in your new avitar compared with the before pic. But, as I always say, you look so good in all your pics!! And all your sisters, are just beatiful! I remeber when Luke and Lex would sit on our laps and try to play dominos with us, oh how I miss them being little......well not toooo much,hehe.

Lunch was the burger atop a salad at Red Robbin. It was so good, hit the spot, wasn't planning on eating out but I bet E and lost so I bought lunch,lol. Anyhow, a great salad with a big juicy burger with swiss and sauteed mushrooms and onions on top. I was really hungry today too, so we ate early, 11am, but I was full half way through, so I brought the rest home for later. That leads me into answering your ? T, yes I do feel like I can eat more now for some reason and not see a scale jump like before. Maybe I am not so sensitive to carbs, not sure.

So T, is your new avitar at your house, what a beau view! And I won't be too jelous of your heat wave, we are due some nice weather this weekend too, I feel bad for you though Jina, let's Care Bare Stare her some of our sun :-)

Even with all my hard work this week..wednesday cal overload just was too much. I was up 2 lbs on wed and now I'm back to the same number.

No matter how much I stay on track..if I mess up one day the week is ruined for me. I have the most stubborn body..any other normal person would have lost so much more for what I have been doing.

Ash. Thanks about the pics. The avatar is actually older than most others, so guess that leaves me backwards as usual. That avatar was from 2005. After my wedding. I cut my hair short then.

At any rate, I am getting there slowly. I am not going to waste this time in the "now" being salty about not being thin.....heck, I am way too cute for that.
Last night was a blast. I was laughing T about our messaging after....Ash do you have MSN? We were cussing up a storm on the messenger...right T?

I have Windows messenger, I'll have to dig around in my computer to find it again. I used to have msn messenger, but when I found out that windows has the same thing, I ditched msn messenger. I use yahoo messenger all the time though, anyway, will look into that later
