international friends

Friends,

I need some support. I have been low carbing it for about three months now and have dropped from 215 lbs to 188 lbs. Not bad for me. The problem is that I work in an international school in Kyiv, Ukraine and (as you might guess) I don't have many friends here that are into low carb. Ah, how the Russians and Ukrainians love their bread.

At any rate, I would love to get some pen pals to keep me honest and with whom we can share our stories.

I am 35 and origionally from Indiana.

Hi, Robert. Great work losing that much so fast. I'm a newbie to this board, but have done Atkins before and lost 50 lbs. I live in Germany, land of beer, potatoes, and bread. I know what you are going through.

I will be starting induction AGAIN Monday. We can keep each other honest.

Hi Robert, I would love to share some low carb ideas and menu's with you.
I have already lost alot of my weight but still need to lose around 50 more lbs. so i am really going to work on losing it this coming up new year to.
