Hi...I also was living the Low Carb life when I became pregnant with my son. He is now 14 months old and I have 60 pounds to lose. I am not in South Carolina but I am in North Carolina. Let me know if that will be okay with you.
I just started again (CHEAT FREE ) on Monday (10-17). |

teddybear...I'm fairly new to this board so I can not tell how to send you an email (besides posting here)...but my email address is my user name @yahoo.com (I'll erase this after I know that you got it (or at least edit my email address out). I also notice that we started on the same day as well (or shall I say RESTARTED). I guess we could also use this board to chat or just emailing. That's my little fella at 8 months as my avatar.
I guess I can post my meals today: Breakfast: 3 strips of bacon 2 boiled eggs Lunch: Cabbage Grilled chicken Dinner: (I am shocked that I was not really tempted because we went to a buffet restaurant...my husbands idea...but I did great) Roast Beef Cabbage Broccoli and Cheese Took a bite of some VERY salty roasted chicken Took a bite of salmon (a little too fishy tasting for me) I have had LOTS of water The only other thing I have to do is find time to exercise...I feel like I am the only one taking care of the little fella...and by the time he goes to bed in the evenings...I am too wiped out to work out. But...just like I have started eating breakfast...I am going to work out...one of my mini goals for tomorrow is to exercise when my son is taking his nap.

Hello...and HAPPY Monday! Congrats on making it cheatfree through the weekend.
I survived the weekend as well. The only part I can say I messed up on is...my son had some cheerios and decided he would feed mommy instead of eating them himself...so I ended up with 2 - 3 cheerios before I realized "HEY, I am not supposed to be eating these" ...and I never have liked plain cheerios.Breakfast: 2 Boiled Eggs 4 Strips of Bacon 1/2 cup of plain black coffee Lunch: Grilled Chicken Garden Salad Unsweetened Green tea And I have been drinking my water, not as much as usual so now you have reminded me that I need to get more water in, I normally drink 64 ounces while I am at work. My biggest push I need is to make the time for the treadmill. I am down 5 lbs as well. I need to change my stats, I think I actually started at around 195 or 196...I guess running around all day took 3 or 4 pounds off before I started the plan. |
