Hi guys! We made it here okay... still getting settled, but that'll take a while since we don't have our own place yet... I like it here, but it's not what I was expecting... Pueblo is like a big city! Okay, nothing even close to Houston or Phoenix, the last 2 places I've lived, but still MUCH bigger than I was wanting... still, I think I'm going to like it... right now we're living on the ranch and we can see Pike's Peak from the front porch... it's a nice ranch... 185 acres, river in the backyard, horses, etc... fabulous! Richard's sister lives about 30 minutes from here and has horses as well... she lives closer to town, but in a farming area... really nice... that's the area we're focusing our house search in... not sure if we'll find something there, but we're trying.

The trip took MUCH longer than expected... we figured it'd be about 15 hours because of the truck and baby... instead it took us 15 hours the FIRST DAY and another 5 hours the next day... everytime we stopped it took at least 30 minutes... I probably could've made it through but I was SOOOO sick, I just couldn't do it. The cats did better than I expected, not happy, but not freaking out either.

Well, I still won't be online much for a while... right now I can only get online for a few minutes at night, dialup, and on an ancient computer... not a fun combo.

Hey Amy don't forget you are now pretty close to Mesa Verde and the Sand Dunes..........two REALLY cool places to visit!

ranch sounds very cool.

I went to the doctor yesterday and got a prescription for the anti-nausea stuff. I have been sooooo sick, and since Bethany still isn't weaned, I know that I'm not keeping enough food down to stay healthy enough to support three of us! I've been either throwing up or sleeping and that isn't much fun for anybody. I hope this stuff works. It didn't work this morning, but maybe it'll take a while.

Everything else is going well. I traded in my other baby this weekend. My 2000 4-runner... I love that truck. And we got a 2005 Toyota Sienna. It is beautiful, but it is the mommy-mobile I swore that I'd never buy. Tony is selling his Integra, so we'll be a one car (van) family and we'll save a bunch of money. Still, driving a van hasn't nearly the "cool" factor of driving either the truck or the Integra. We've moved on to a new stage of our lives.
