Meek, I haven't spoken to Chrissy in a while..I pray all is well with her..I was tripping on her loss..I lost the majority of my weight during induction last year. I wish I had know about M/E I would be ringing that darn bell now!!!

Marlette, your stats are still remarkable. You've come a long way and did an excellent job. You should be very proud of yourself. I remember seeing your before pic and then seeing your after. You look awesome!

Meek: I can't believe you closed the thread on me while I was napping. Sheesh!

I left a few posts over there before I realized you all had moved on.

All this talking about M/E has got me geared up for sure! I don't know if I can drop 12 lbs in a week this close to goal but I'd be thrilled with 5!

Do we want to start thinking about our next challenge? I am so ready! Or do we want to wait until we finish this one? LOL You can tell I'm hoppin'!

I will post my current weight again after this challenge is over. I am ready to be out of the 160's too Meek! I was down to like 158 for about a day and that felt great... but couldn't hold on to it!

B Sausage and eggs
L Leftover pork chops w/ spinach
D Grouper and a salad

Oh and I will get my hour of Tae-bo in today!

Totally off subject. Has any of you heard about that new book written by a "video vixen"? She claims to have slept with a lot of famous men in Hollywood, athletes, etc..married and single..she has named Diddy, LL (No Lord), Usher, DMX, Ray J, Jay-Z, Damon Dash, John Salley, Tiger, Ja Rule,..the list goes on..

I feel sorry for the wives..their business all out in the streets. I have prayed for their strength!

Ruth, the lowest I got on this woe was 158 too and that lasted for abou 1.5 days and I was back up to 160

girl, this go around, when i hit 158 - I'm going to push harder... i can't wait to see 155 omgosh! i'm going to be SIKED!! Let's do this...

Oh, someone else can sponsor our next challenge. All you have to do is come up with the name, rules, and prize. I like adding a prize, it's an extra incentive.

Thank you for being so motivated!! It will help keep the rest of us going! M/E is the bomb. I just got tired of the same thing over and over again. I may go back to it to lose my last 10 or 15 pounds...

I hadn't either until I picked up the Sept issue of Sister2Sister magazine..to make matters worse, she has been through it all, abuse, drugs, abandonment..Lyn, she's only 26!!!

We may go to a funeral Saturday at 10 am. Someone related to my husband in some way? Not sure. We are also taking the kids to the movies, like always and after church on Sunday, it's cooking and resting for me

I have been praying more lately about giving up the guilt and heavy emotions that I still hold onto about our relationship. I have some negative feelings for him, but really they are because of myself. God and I are working on it....
