pen pal please!!!!!!!!

hello out there. i really need a friend to help keep me on track cause see i was doing really good befor christmas but i am having a little trouble getting back on the wagon and it seams that every time my mom buys food for her and my sister i end up eating it. see befor christmas i wouldn't ever cheat but now i cheat all the time i just need someone to keep me motivated and incorage me to exercise. so please help me.

Hey

Hi there,

I'm only on my 7th day of induction, and I'm already cheating by going over 20g of carbs. I tempt myself all the time by looking at the forbidden food, even smelling it. Hehe The only thing that keeps me from cheating is that I know how miserable I feel when I cheat. So we must all stay committed. We can do it. Hang in there.

dreamlimbo i am with you every time i look at a low carb food i feel like i must have it. but after i eat it i feel really sick. but i am ready for a new me. just remember that you have already tasted the food before you don't need it (that is what helps me get by)

Sammonmonkey,

How are you doing so far? Have you been exercising? If you weight lift, it will help you burn 3x's the fat. I'm using resistance bands instead of free weights to add lean muscle. On Monday, I did 500 repetitions for my arms. On Tuesday I did 98 repetitions for my legs. I'm taking it slow with the leg exercises, because I have a knee injury. I'm hoping to build up the strength of my legs in order to help my knee heal. In two weeks I will start to do pilates again. You should try pilates, because it accelerates weight loss and helps you sculpt a long lean body.What do you eat for breakfast? I'm sick of eating eggs, I think if I see another egg I might gag. I need to find a market that sells nitrate free cold cuts, to add variety to my diet. Let me know how you are doing. Hang in there.

ya i started doing pilates this week and i like it so far and i do weight lift, but it is at school cause i have to take the class. well i hope you build the muscle in your leg. try eating sugar free jello for breakfast. i do all the time cause if i eat breakfast i get sick. and i use to love eggs but now i can't eat them cause they make me gag. well good luck.

hi , i totally understand where you're coming from , i started before christmas and got weak and went way over 20g , then i started again on jan 3rd , but i cheated on the side ,,so starting today , i plan on being strong because i really need to dothis.im here if ya need latinpixie74@yahoo.com
