HELLO, MY NAME IS JOYCE. IAM NEW TO THE GROUP. I HAVE BEEN DOING THE SOUTH BEACH DIET. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN ON IT WITH ME, AND HAS REALLY HELPED A LOT. HE IS AT HIS GOAL BUT I'M NOT. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A PENPAL TO SHARE STORIES, AND JUST HELP EACH OTHER ALONG. I AM A 51 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER OF 4 FROM THE AGES OF 1 YEARS TO 5 YEARS OLD. HAVE BEEN MARRIED TO A WONDERFUL HUSBAND FOR ALMOST 32 BLESSED YEARS. HE IS A BAPTIST MINISTER. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU. OH I FORGOT TO TELL YOU THAT WE HAD BEEN ON THIS DIET FOR 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS

i also am a baptist. been one all my life.
i have been married to my hubby for 37 yrs. and have been on low carb for over 3 yrs and have lost over 100 lbs. already.

Hey, can I join you guys. I would love to have pen-pals. I never had one in my life. I have some things in common (been married for a long time, 31 years) I am not a baptist, but my husband used to go to a baptist church

nice to have you join us here. you don't have to be a Baptist to be here, all you need is wanting to lose your weight and thats what we do here lose our weight and support each other doing it.
