Looking for a email Buddy
Hi ya'll, I'm looking for an email buddy. I'm Lisa, 23, in East Texas. I'm a stayat home mom to two boys. Josey will be three in October and The Machine turned one in May. I've been on the south beach diet for I guess about a month and a half now. I'm down 27 pounds now
I have a long way to go though. I'm currently at 223 and want to get down to 111. I've been having big problems with just not eating which then leads to well hmm I haven't eaten all day, these couple cookies won't hurt. Ugh, I think a big part of the problem was just not having anything ready so hopefully after all the cookin I did this weekend I'll be able to get back on track. Anyhoo, I'm looking for anybody at all that would like to be my buddy. I posted an online journal for awhile and at first I got several replies and I did great, I didn't get any replies for awhile and that's when I went off track. I think having a buddy would help me a lot. Well, I'm just rambling on now...sorry bout that Lisa

Hi Machine,
Ill be your buddy I started on 7/13/04.I was 247 and today I weighed in at 241 lbs. I look throughthe sales at the local supermarket. I bought 10 cans of tuna for $5 and 10 bags of garden salad for $10. I hit rock bottom and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to be able to cross my legs and feel good about myself.I am growing a double chin. I believe this is the end of my being obese ! Reply soon. Tus ![]() |

Way to go on the loss! I'm down to 215 now. I'm trying to work in exercise more too. It just seems to get harder and harder to find the time.

I am not doing south beach but would be glad to buddy up to help out. I am doing Curves which is basically low carb. I have lost about 57 pounds since last September. I am the mother of 2 , and work part time as a teachers aide

hi , ill be your e-mail buddy if you like. im also in atkins induction and have been since the 24 of this month, i have lost 6.5 so far as of yesterday i will only weight myself once a week if you want to become serious e-mail buddy or just on here i would like that really a lot, i have posted different post to see if theres anyone that would want to buddy up with me and no one replies so im very serious about this .

Im so excited well I weigh 133 now and I go every day to Bally gym (I got a free 8 weeks pass from the Discovery Health National Body Challenge !
My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month . By the end of december I would be 173 pounds !! If I lose more then I will bank it for those times I hit a plateau..that way I wont feel bad. My begin date is 1/27/06. I have done atkins before and I lost a lot of weight before I went on a cruise. I tell myself everyday that Carbs are not my friends ,sugar is not my friend !! I dont count days ,I focus on making it through just today. The next day I renew my daily commitment. I find it very overwhelming to focus on the future. Basically I take it one day at a time. I just got back from the store I bought Psyllum Husks with Acidophilus. Ill take 2 tabs twice a day to help my constipation.I too will stay on induction for a while !! I do 15 minutes on the stairmaster and another 15 minutes on the ab machines in the gym. Im trying to keep it short and sweet for now .I have to stop going on the scale too. I also joined the WW meetings at work just for the group support and the Atkins plan is similar to Weight watchers Core plan !! Today I bought Sylvester Stollones new pudding. It has 0 sugar and 1 carb. I hope its good for induction it is banana flavored. I ate it and Ill se the effect by tomorrow morning. Ill send u an email too !! ![]()
