making penpals

[color=royalblue]hi i would like to make some friends on here and help each other with support with the downs and ups...im 40 been doing atkins sence april 24 of this year lost18 lbs so far like to lose another 30 lbs i exercise biking most i do 10 miles 3 times a week....

and doing walking as well so if anyone like to email me here and just chat would be fine i have a hard time time what to eat...... seems i eat the same things over all the time ...[color=skyblue]
