New to Low Carb Friends

Hi. I was doing the low carb diet and excersizing 3 tiimes a week at curves for women. Started last May and did really good ( I think) Lost 55 pounds. Now I got to the point where I wasn't losing, then my husband is always bring sweets and junk into the house ( I have no will power and no support from him as he says I am great the way I am) BUT I want to continue. I got a Gazelle and plan on using this as my excersize. Its great. I live in Arizona and during the summers its too hot to walk. I have at least 80 pounds to go I think. Not sure of what my goal is yet.
