We keep seeing everyone on here needing a pen pal and some suppport, well we're here to help.... The worst thing is for a newbie to post and not get a response so we're beating you all to the punch.

If you want someone to stay on your back and make sure you're following the program, we can help you with that. We have a group of people who keep us in line and we do the same for them.

If you need some support or someone to talk to this is the place for you. We want to make sure that anyone who really wants to lose weight gets the help they need. Leave your mark and we will do whatever we can to help.

I know I have been gone for way to long. I have been working mega hours at work. I am sooooo tired. But hopefully things are going to slow down. I am going to start checking in from work. It seems I have more time there (I am only working 70+ hours a week) than I do at home. I have been way of program. I am going to get my self straighten out this weekend. I have to work Friday and Sat. but I will be off Sunday and Monday. Maybe by then I will be back on track. I have gained so much weight this month. All I am doing is working. And I am tired of that.
I have missed you all and will do my best to get caught up with everyone this weekend.

Queennewbies July

I hope that all the Queens have a safe and fun 4th of July. Try and stay on plan. Keep around legal foods that you know you can eat, so you won't be tempted or go overboard with something illegal. If you do make sure you come back here and talk about it. Get back on track as soon as possible. Make yourself accountable for your actions. Mistakes can and will be made. Learn from them and try your best no to repeat them, make better choices.

Teresa thanks for starting the new July thread. I completely forgot it was July.
Wow, you've really been working hard girl. Way too hard.
I hope that you take some time for yourself sunday and monday. Relax and enjoy. And get yourself back on track. You and I both know you can do it. I'm glad to see you're back.

Hi queens

Well I had to increase my prednisone. I was done really low but the pain became unbearable and I had no energy because of the pain. What a drag. And I was being able to tell that the weight and inches were finally leaving because the steriods were so low. Oh well. I am still doing the plan and not cheating, but this was a little set back for me.

The 4th weekend is beginning. All of you be real safe and if you are on the road please be careful. This is the worst weekend of the year for traffic accidents. Have a great 4th. Love to all Beverly

I hope everyone has a great 4th. Personally I am cooking extra meat so that I have extra for next week. I just found out that I will have a bunch of my (what I call) teenage adults her. I just sent 12 of them off for the night and all of them say that they are coming back tomorrow. I hope they don't plan to eat much. I guess I better plan to go ahead and put my meat back so that I make sure that I have pleanty to eat next week.
Vic - I plan the next few days to take care of me. Carolyn can take care of her friends but I have two months til our APSE(Association for Persons in Supportive Employment) Conference in Mobile. We will end the conference with a luia. I plan to have some of this weight that I have gained off by the conference. I have missed you a bunch. I have a picture taken in St. Louis that I will send you. Can't wait to see you again. Lets try to catch up this weekend.

Sharon - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. I hope you and Tom have a great day. I have been busy this past month also but I have got to do better.Lets get together and chat. I have missed you a bunch.

Good Morning Queens
Sorry i havent posted. My parents went to Portugal for a month and decided i should do everything while they are gone. Im running my dads compnay and moms from 9 am-3 pm and then i Clean a little job for my mom from 6pm-7 pm then i work at my dispatch job (from home) from 11pm-7 am. ARGHHHH im sooooo tierd! WHats funny is that my brother is at my mums and dads and cant even feed the damn CAT or water their 2 acres of flower and vegetable gardens!!!!. SO in between work i gotta take care of my mums house. OK OK IM DONE WHINING!!!

The worst is that they just left and my moms expensive purebred Japanese Bobtail cat is MISSING My brother had a huge party and she took off while the door was left opened! My parents love that cat...so im freaking out!!!!

I also had a really bad weekend As you all know i took in 2 stray kittens well the girl kitten died on Saturday. I cried and cried. I was attached to her (Bella). I took her to the vet on friday and the vet said it looks like she is the runt of the litter so they couldnt do anything i ended up spending 145.00 on a 30 min visit... VETS suck here! but atleast the other kitten is doing well His name is Calvin and me and my hubby are way to attached to him. i wanted to call him chewy because all he does is chew on everything

Anyways i stayed on plan on canada day (july1st) all i had at the park was popcorn I also went to see spider man 2 WOAH Tobey maguire is HOT HOT HOT and its also a very good movie

Hey ladies hope you all had a safe and happy 4th of July. Mine was good...although now I am sick. It feels like a sinus thing my throat is really really soare.
Hey Vic or anyone else that has can help...I have been staying with the plan very well...I cut out everything even the chinese food and popcorn...well yesterday I had the munchies so bad and I ate some low carb dorrito's and low carb candy...everything that I ate was low carb and I wasn't over say 30 g or so...well I had been going down every day or maintaining and I got up this morning and was 3 1/2 lbs heavier than yesterday...I can't figure it out...it isn't that time of the month and I honestly did not eat anything bad...I was ticked though...I kicked the scale HELP ..
Anywho...where is Machon...I need to see how she did...we never compaired results....Hope you are all well..talk to you soon.

I CAN GET IN TO A 14/16 TOP, AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE CLOTHES LOOK GOOD AND FELT GOOD. I WILL TALK TO YOU ALL TOMORROW, I NEED SOME SLEEP.

Just thought I would check in. My email is not letting me know anymore when there is a new reply...anyone else have this problem. Sharron Congrats..45 Wow...You and I got married at the same age...my dh and I have been married for 13 years and I to will only be 67 when I get the big 50 anniversary It was hard to believe...we have been together half of our lives..we started datting 2 years before we got married right after I had turned 15.
Hope everyone is doing well...I am sick with some sinus virus thing that is going around. If anyone has a clue to my prior post on gaining even when you are sticking to the plan...let me know..it is going back down...but I still would like some ideas.

I hope everyone had a great 4th. For 3 days in a row I had a different party to go to. I stayed on plan but I didn't get in nearly all my water, about half.

Lizett I'm so sorry to hear about kitty. I hope things settle down for you soon.
Tammie I know all too well what you mean about gaining overnight. The doritoes maybe the problem. The salt could be making you retain water. Can't wait to who won the challenge.

I just got back from the vet My kitten (calvin) has been hospitalized. i wont know if hes gonna make it until tomorrow morning. I took him to a different clinic and they are way better than my usual. they said he got a virus....and its hard to help a small kitten. They are gonna put him on fluids and a heating blanket. This is gonna cost me a couple hundred

Im NEVER getting another cat AGAIN!!!!!
