Im getting back into Atkins again for the third time. I pretty much maintain then I want to lose more so I go ******** all over again

I live on the east coast of Florida about an hour and a 1/2 south of Orlando. Looking for someone to share goals, recipies and whatever else. Im turning into a total gym rat again too so hopefully it wont take me long to ge to my new goal. anyways, shoot me a line, a story and pictue whatever youd like at plazma@bellsouth.net.

HI there i am in Sarasota, and am back on Atkins. I am doing well but could always be doing better

! I would love to get some extra low carb ideas.
I am 32 and am looking to lose about 100 pounds more.

Hi I'm in Miami, Florida and I started doing Atkins on May 5th, I've lost 24 lbs so far and currently I'm doing the egg/meat fast. It is great I've been losing 4lb a week. All of you are welcome if you want to have a big wooosh.

Pooh,-- write me sometimes and maybe I can help you lose that 100 lbs. i have already kost that much but i am still not at my goal yet. hoping i can make it this next year though.

Angie--the meat and egg fast is what i lose best on. when-ever i get into a stall thats what i eat and that gives me a boost again to start losing.

where is plazma? you better come back and chat with us girls here plazma......hope your diet is doing well to..

i have been trying to find more people on the board from Florida, so far i have not found too many.
where is everyone from Florida doing low carb?
