Hi all

returning to Atkins after 2 weeks in Crete where I put back on the 2 stone I had lost!

I live in Cornwall which is 'the butt end' of England! I have 2 daughters aged 11 and 13 (sigh) and I love acting, singing and water sports. Despite being 120lbs over I still put on my wet suit and body board! watch out for the harpoons...

I've been goofing off for the last few monthes and have decided to return to the low carb way. I live in Hawaii and have 3 girls 21, 16, and 14. I understand the sigh!. My name is Mary, and I too am looking for a penpal. I live in Northern California. I have been doing Atkins for about 6 weeks now, had a couple of days that I fell off the wagon, but I am back and going strong now.

Good to hear from you. I am back on board and feeling good about myself today as I have not cheated at all and I am not hungry but feel strong!

Tomorrow is another day however and anything could happen so I need all the support I can get and look forward to talking to you and getting to know you
