I am new to the Atkins diet. Only 3 days into Induction. Already lost 4 lbs

The first 2 days I had terrible headaches and sugar cravings, but I held strong, and I am so glad that I did, because now the headaches and cravings are gone!

Hey yall. I'm from Smyrna (just south of Nashville). This is my second time starting Atkins. Started last June and lost 40 lbs then fell off the wagon. Only gained back 10 (but it feels like 40). Started induction again last week. We'll see how it goes.

Hello everybody, I'm from Nashville, Tn. I'm going to start Atkins this week. I've done it before and lost about 17lbs in about 5 weeks. I recently did Weight Watchers, but I'm ready for a change and Atkins was easier to follow. I don't have to count points.

I'm from cleveland..This is my 2nd time on atkins. 1st time i lost 25lbs but then i fell of the wagon. My addiction is soda. That gets me everytime. I just started back today.I need to lose about a hundred pounds, so wish me luck.

I am in Northern MS about 10-15 mins from Memphis.

I have been back on low carb for 3 weeks now. I would like to lose 60-80 lbs.

Hi people, I'm back and boy do I need help....kicking my butt back to where I left off!

Adrienne...hey girl! I started back low carbing last Thursday, but have to reset all my numbers as I am now 6 lbs up from where I started 2 years ago *sigh* Have you heard anything from Lynn? Hattiesburg just got some of their power back last night so I wrote to her and Joe and asked if they still have a home and offered to let them come stay with Jak and I, if needed.
I've done pretty good staying on track so far, and have lost 4 lbs this week, but man o' man do i have a long way to go.

I think a 40 lbs by X-Mas is a wonderful idea, as that is what I set my goal at since I started August 25th, that'll give me 4 months to achieve. Good to see you back too....maybe Lynn's good news will rub off onto you and your DH and Next spring you'll be rocking a cradle too!

Gonna go look in on TN~MS Gone Carbs board...I see you posted there as well.
