I would like to be a part of this group

I would like to be a part of this group. I am 46, married and live in a small town of 4,500. I have 3 children one left at home but she is in college. My huisband can eat anything and never gains weight. I think I gain it for him. I have just started this week the program. I need to lose 50 lbs. I really need help and guidance, I also need suggestions for taking meals to work. I love to cook, that is my problem. So I hope there is someone who will help me be a success story like I have read on many posts.

Let me know what I can do to help! This is my 3rd go around with this WOE but I am determined that I am going to stick to it this time!! My husband is overweight too and he is on it with me although he doesn't have as much to lose as I do. He needs to lose about 80 lbs. I need to lose 138 more. I have lost about 22 and I am on week 8. I am 33 and I don't have children, but I got some pretty good ideas from some of the others for lunches, just let me know what you like . Feel free to PM me or email me anytime!

I can can use any pointers you can share with me. I have read the South beach diet and I am pretty sure this is the plan I am going to try. I have also pick up the magazine Low Carn engery and life style. Since I said I was starting it seems like I am craving breads and so forth, not sure why this is.

I can not give up my diet pop or coffee. I need that. Well if you can give me any pointers I would surely appreciate. Especially on meals.
