Low Carb in Kentucky..

Hi how are you all? I am going to start fresh tommorrow with my new low carb life again *induction*. The only problem I have had the other times I have tried is having no one to talk about it with! I would love to chat about meals and recipes, exercise, and then life in general!

This board will talk you through your cravings, you'll find wonderful recipes, ideas for snacks, read all about the latest low carb products and separate the good ones from the bad ones, and just chat about life in general. As a fellow Kentuckian, I think you'll find it nice and homey here ;-)

I too am re-inducting after a month of binging! Thankfully I didn't gain too much, but it still doesn't make it any easier. I would be happy to chat with you anytime, I will also need the support! Take care!

I'm re-inducting also after being off for God knows how long. I'm moving into my new apartment on July 24th and figured since I'm starting out with absolutely nothing in my cabinets, I might as well start them out Low carb so that they don't have to be de-junked at a later date. I'd be happy to lend support!
