just an update.....
Ok have been on since Sunday for 4 days now......worked out the problem with not eating all day I cooked up a bunch on Sunday and have been taking to work and school with me. Snack drawer not a temptation anymore lol..... Feeling good to be back on... thank you all for the messages .... it really helped *smiles*
