If you can post daily on a Bulletin Board then come on over to the Pen Pals 1-2-3 board......!!! We are a great group of folks who come and talk about everything from day to day stuff, our eating, kids, hubby's everything..... Come on over and check us out!!! There is plenty of room for everyone!!!! As for support.... You couldn't ask for a more supportive group!!

would love to be part of pen pals 1 2 3. Could use someone to talk to on a daily basis. Sometimes I get very frustrated with all of this but I am going to stick it out if it kills me. My son who is 18 keeps me going. When he sees me exercise he just smiles that glorious smile of his and shakes his head. What a hoot!!! He says that my wish might just come true and all of this will kill me. I must turn a funny color when I exercise. Bye for now.

I'm starting Atkins again today. I had the stomach virus the last few days. It was horrible. i was lucky if I could even eat. So day one is June 2nd. Annet if you want you can email me directly at littlemissyh28@yahoo.com.
