My name is Michele and I live in Portland OR.

I did Atkins for awhile pre holidays and lost 15lbs but haven't had any luck since then(my fault, Maybe it was all those pizzas I've eaten since then)

Doing good the past two weeks and feel lots better. Working full time and having a three year old can sure zap your energy!
