New and looking for a pen pal
Well, I've only been on a low-carb diet for the past two and a half weeks or so, but I intend on sticking with it
My name is Megan, and to be honest, I'm only fourteen. I haven't found anyone around my age here yet, but age really isn't important (If you don't mind talking to a fourteen year old ). I'm not exactly sure what else to say, except I would like a pen pal. Well, thanks- Megan. |

stick to it megan-good job
Its good that you have decided to change your lifestyle and eating habbits. To be a healthy adult, you have to take care of your body now. Its harder to stick to diets at this age, when all the other kids are out there, eating junk food, in front of you. A good way to overcome the temptation to eat junk food, is to keep an Atkins Endulge mint choclate wafer on hand at all times. This is much better than the regular candy bar and it tasts better. You can buy them at GNC or Metro Food Markets and some Safeways have them.
My friends daughter is 12yrs old and has the same problem, and I have been trying to get her interested in the Atkins diet too, but its hard for her, when everyone else in her house is eating junk food. I wish you well and hope to hear from you soon. Stick with it! Lee Ann |
