Hi:

I posted all ready on the board this evening with... Need Support.. Please, but its not getting much attention.

Anyway, I'm 29 and really need to lose 80-85 pounds. My BMI is 34 and I'm considered obese.

I'm not sure where to start on this whole Atkins/low carb thing. I did Atkins a long while back and lost 14 pounds, but its hard for me to stay motivated.

So if you want to be a penpal I'll cheer you on if you can help me out too.
