NOT BEING TOO FAITHFUL
Hi again all, I have to say that i have not been so faithful, I have been eating way less in carbs, but the headaches just aren't getting any better, I am starting to take 3 motrin every morning to see if that helps, I also am being naughty as to not excercising. I know I need to move my butt but I ache every where right now, my body is not used to being this big at all, I feel that if I limit my food and watch my carb intake and lose a little bit of this weight first that it might be a bit easier to move my big butt, yet about 2 months ago I made it week of walking on the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes and then totally lost all motivation, why???? I know some of it may be due to being in an unhealthy relationship. Right now I totally can't afford to get out on my own. I just keep hoping the relationship will get better, then again I gained all of this weight back all 110 pounds of it due to the unhealthy relationship. I know I sound like I am whining to all you but I really don't have anyone around here that I can talk to, so I am putting my feelings down in typing. Maybe it will help motivate my but by the puter being my best friend for awhile. I have limited almost all of my carbs, I have had to have a couple of slices of toast with margarine and jam and that has been the last days due to headaches, I have since talked to my friend who just lost 105 pounds in a year with the atkins thing and he told me that the major key is water, like 2 gallons a day. I am trying to force the water and i have acid reflux so bad that even the water affects it. I know that if I lose the weight I won't have the acid refulx so bad. I used to be big on the MT. DEW kick and I have lost that bad habit finally, that one took a few months to kick. I just need to get over the sugar withdrawel headaches, or drink more water and that might help. I am hating water right now. Thank you to all of my new buddies that I am gaining on here, maybe hearing from you all will help move my butt. I want to succeed and not fail at this........

you can email me any time! LisaHudson28405@yahoo.com I am starting back today after 4 months off! I have almost gained everything back. After you stop doing the diet or excersize, it's hard to get back up and go. I feel like people are going to call me the little boy who cried wolf! This is why I am so glad I stumbled upon this website, because I feel that we are all in it together! If I can confide in someone who actually knows what I am going through then I don't have to share my successes or failures with people who wouldn't understand. I say that you use your unhealthy realationship as your fuel! Tell yourself that once you get to your goal weight, that you are going to add a new goal to your plate and strive to get out of that situation! Tell yourself that you will of course have more self confidence and motivation to fix other things in your life after you get your weight under control! As far as water is concerned, whenever you start to dred drinking it, tell yourself that it is the best thing that you could put in your body and regardless of the taste, IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO! As you swallow it, imagine all of the impurities that it is flushing out of your body with each glass. And each time you pee (because it is alot and can become a hassle) tell yourself you just eliminated things out of your body that could still be in your body if you had not done the RIGHT THING! I hope this helps and hope to hear from you!
