HI everyone i am in the UK and altho i started atkins a few weeks ago i had to come off for various reasons.. i am goin to start again on monday (19th) and would love to have someone else to talk to who is jus startin as well so that we can chat about any problems etc we have

i'm looking for a penpal as well. i want to lose about 30lbs & i need motivation. i need someone who is going through the same thing as me so we can help each other. this is the 3rd time for me starting this past month & i want to stick to this. please feel free to email me janeli2@excite.com.
