anyone in Illinois need to lose 100+ pounds?

Hello. Looking for a daily email friend with 100+ pound to go. I am Julia. 26y. 275# (down from 292). I have about 130# to go. I am long term induction. I started March 1st of this year and it's the first time in my like I have EVER lost more than 15 pounds! I have started exercising regularly and I am loving it. I need to share ideas and encouragement. I am in my sisters wedding in September and I need to lose 50 by then. I have 2 kids 2 and 4 yrs old. If we have anything in common (or nothing and you just want to give it a go) post or PM me here!

Hey there ,Iam from Indiana and a little older than you but just started 28th of March and have lost 14 lbs ,last week none .was a little discouraged but am stayng with it I need to lose at least
70 lbs so if you would like we can stay in touch and help one another.I believe I need to exercise and am just not into it so I am going to try walking .I am a 66 year (young)Grandmother i have a greatgrand son 4 and have had him in my care since he was 3mo so I am quite busy lol.

HI! I am 26 years old and 225lbs. I have never been this big and am unhappy with the way I feel and look. I am going to try eating high protein/low carb and see how it works out. I'm feeling good today and am not extra hungry, but then again it's only my second day. I am getting married in October so I saw your post and hope that we can do this together. I don't have anyone else in my family or friends that would try this out with me. So I would love to be able to talk to someone about this and give encourgement too!

Hello there I am from Illinois, needing to loose 100# and it is quite hard when you have no one to help you keep up the encouragement...I started in March have lost about 15 pounds now and to me it seems as if I am hungry all the time.....If only I had something to do to keep my mind preoccupied.....I do exercise but that only last for so long......and I have a four month old here but when she is sleeping...well you know....any way I will be willing to talk to you on a daily basis......maybe we can all keep up and talk to encourage each other....good luck to all in all that you do.....

I have been on this low carb for 5 weeks and it gets easier but need some one to relate to ,lets help each other ,I eat alot of no fat jello /w cream only 2 carbs for 2 tablspoons w/cream.
also keep lots of Pork Rinds they fill you if your hungry also tuna and egg salad Mayo no carbs .
also Herble tea w/splenda .Keep me posted !
