I have been doing Akinss now for 4 weeks, i would like some that i can email to see how each other are doing over the week.

I really want to lose the weight but need a bit of help.

I've been doing Atkins for three days now.

i did it last year at this time and lost 16 pounds, but then I stopped doing it and gained it back. I have about 40 pounds or so to lose. I would be interested in being your pen pal. I'm 47 and live in Bellbrook, Ohio. Just let me know.
