Im 38 and have 2 kids. I love to rollerblade and go to the casino...I'm not a die hard dieter but I have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks with the low carb diet. I try not to restrict myself completely because that just sets me up to eat everything in sight! Im not a sweet eater, but am a salt eater...french fries. chips..etc...and fast food junky. I pretty much cut all that out of my diet so far.
I live in Macomb County and need a few good friends to email and keep eachother on track.

I'm not in SE Mich, but not far from it in Toledo. I've lost about 55 lbs. and still have about 30 to go, then maybe another 20 eventually. I'm definitely a salt eater also, I miss my potato chips. Feel free to PM me!
