Hi Everyone,

...just wanted to let you know that I had a great week re-inducting, I lost a total of 6.6lbs (3kgs) and I am really happy!! It was worth the yucky headaches I intially had but it feels awesome not to have cravings!!!!

Good on you Faith you can do it!! Wonder whatever happened to Aussiegal - she used to be on these boards all the time but seems to have disappeared. Maybe we should chase her up?

Goodness me, you are sooooooooooo right!!! There has to be more Aussies out there HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA...I was reading the rules of this board earlier and I realised that I have psoted this thread in the wrong section!!! I am going to post this thread in the Lowcarb Challenge section.

Hi! I'm Linda in SA - just found the board and saw your message, so thought I'd say 'hi'!

3-4 years ago, I lost 30 kgs on 'Protein Power' - then got pregnant, had a disguisting pregnancy, even worse delivery and recovery time, and since then suffered other medical problems - and yep, put most of it back on!

So, time to get back on the programme! Really struggling with the headaches and sugar cravings, though - actually made it through 2 days last week before crashing - so there's hope!!!!

Anyway - just wanted to say hi!

Welcome Linda - we have moved over to The Low Carb challenge site, so check us out there and stay in touch - there have to be more aussies out there than this?!?!
