debbie08 Junior LCF Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: VIRGINIA Posts: 14 Gallery: debbie08 Stats: 158 GOAL 125 WOE: ATKINS Start Date: 3-19-04	TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY!! today is my first day --again-- i tried atkins awhile back but life got tough with dad being diag. with bone cancer-turned to food for comfort. dad is in treatment and i need to get back on track with my diet -need lots of encouragement i weigh 158 today and my goal is 125 -.
