Newbie in Mississippi
HI all, I am starting the atkins diet tommorrow and am looking for any and all support . I don't know a lot about this stuff so any advice on how to start and keep on it would be appreciated.I am a mom of a 3yr old daughter, and have been ttc'ing for another baby for 2 yrs now, so I don't know if the meds I am on for that will effect this diet, so if anyone has any insight on that I would love to hear it. I am 36 and about 30 pounds overweight, I feel I need to lose at least that much to feel good again. I lost down to my goal weight after my daughter was born , but it was due to stress and it has slowly came back, so I hope this diet will work for me. Hope to make a few new friends here.
