Its been awhile!!
Hello to all my inspirers!!!
I have not posted in some time for a couple of reasons: Major computer problem being number one. School and studying has almost consumed any spare time (I have now accomplished to organize this crazy schedule).
I have cont. with OWL and have lost another 7lbs since 2-1.
I was just reading how several of you have Fibromyalgia (sorry) what an ugly disease. I am a massage therapist and have several clients that have this horrible monster. However, I have learned alot about FM and know that yes, carbs increase pain but according to several books so does protein however, massage, exercise, yoga or any type of stetching (stretch not to pain) is very beneficial. Just thought I would share.
I am glad to be back up on the puter for this I have missed.
