22 yr old needs to loose baby pounds anyone elese in the same catagory

hi i just had my first child a daughter tiarra nichole 19 weeks ago and picked up 70 pounds with her...i have dropped 20 pounds in 3 weeks on atkins but im at a stall...seeing im only 22 and knowing i will have more children im in great need to loose these pounds before getting pregnant again..anyone elese working on the same project??? im so impatient this stall is killing me i need some friends in this time of need...

Have baby lbs. to lose too. #3 is almost a month old so its time. I would love to drop 20 or a good portion of it by first week in April. GL 2 U!

Hi there!
I am 26 years old and have two beautiful boys(4 and 7) I gained about 60 pounds with my first and about 50 pounds with the second. I have carried around an extra 40 or so pounds for the last four years and finally decided to really get busy and do something about it! I know what you are going through! I am starting Atkins tomorrow and hopefully we will both lose all of our baby weight! Good luck to you!!!!

I'm not getting pregnant again, but low-carbing last spring is what helped me get pregnant after trying for four years - began in April and became pregnant in May! renee

Wow on the pregnany weight. I didn't eat as well as I should have and gain 30 lbs.; 30 lbs; & 33 lbs this last time. I managed to start at a higher weight this time making it more challenging though. Renee
