I was browsing in the BB and see no one answered your post. I would love to email and keep on track. I have been doing atkins since Oct. 13th and love it If you want motivation and a buddy, just email me.

hi amy i am looking for an email buddy to....just started this diet in december.....having some trouble with a plateau.....i think you can email me....if not post and i will send it
