Any ladies out their simular to me? I am aiming for losing 56 pounds. I am starting induction for the second time, because I was weak on Valentines day

I was on induction for only 1 and 1/2 weeks. I have lost 3 pounds since I started during the first week. Getting ready to start induction again tomarow tomarow: Monday 2/16/04.

Hi Anna! I am in my "Fabulous 40's" too! I'm kinda similar to you. I'm in the 170's and looking to lose 30-40 lbs. I've already lost around 52 lbs and have been on Atkins for almost 2 yrs now. I'm from Minnesota originally but am now living in Las Vegas! I don't miss those cold looooong winters! LOL

There is a thread here in the Pen Pals section called "Fabulous 40's" there are a handful of us that pop in when we can and talk about Atkins, give each other advice, encouragement, etc. We'd love to have you join us! Hello,

Well I am basically in the same boat. I was on atkins before and was down to 120 or so....would love to get there again.

I weigh approx 160 or so and am 5'2, 23 years old. I realize that if I dont lose the weight now and get into a healthy lifestyle that it will be harder as I get older and start a family.

I'd love to chat and share stories.

I weigh approx 160 or so and am 5'2, 23 years old. I realize that if I dont lose the weight now and get into a healthy lifestyle that it will be harder as I get older and start a family.
