small loser 10p /anyone interested?
Hi,
I am a mom of 3 (20,16,11) from Florida. I'm looking for a buddy who also wants to loose (only!) ten or twenty pounds. Sounds easy, but it's sooo hard. I am losing very slowly, got past induction now, but feel terrific and energetic! Would love to have somebody for the daily exchange, frustration or success!Share tips, recipes, anything ! c'mon small loosers, I know you're out there...... ![]() Elke Last edited by Elkeflorida : 02-13-2004 at 07:33 AM. |

Hi Bubs,
I know how you feel , gotten over the "yuck" stage myself. I do have problems whenever my bloodsugar gets too low, but I think I found a way to adjust to it. Since a couple of days I feel very energetic and find myself in a real good mood, which is great right there, despite my very small weight lloss so far. But people in this forum told me it may take a while, since I am starting with a rather low weight. It sorta made sense. Have you lost any pounds yet? Lot of people loose a lot in their first week. BTW, I will be going to London for the first time in March. I am very excited about it. Won't have much time for sightseeing though, since it's a business trip, but I'm totally looking forward to it.After that, I will get to see my family in germany. haven't seen them in 4,5 years. One more good reason to try and look as good as I can! Elke Last edited by Elkeflorida : 02-13-2004 at 09:08 AM. |

Hi Elke
I shall probably get on the scales sometime this weekend to see how it's going. Hope you have a good trip to London and it will so nice for you to see family again. We live on the outskirts of Southampton on the edge of the New Forest. My friend and her family are planing to move to Florida. They have a home there that they use for holidays. I will let you know what the scales say. Take care, Bubs |

Hi Bubs,
hope the scale will be smiling for you .... ..well mine smiled a little this morning, I was actually down by 2, which is really great and makes me happy. Then on the other hand, it could go right back up tomorrow, that happens a lot lately.Where will your friends move to? What part of Florida? Just curious...... happy low carbing... Elke |
