When to stop eating

I have not read about this issue. Is there a point after which you should not eat something at night before bed. I used to adhere to after 7pm on that not so good lf life style does any one have and idea. I have none. And sometimes my lunch is at 4pm so that puts the evening meal later. Hope ya'll have some advice or maybe this will be a good laugh. Thanks

I think you should eat when you are hungry. Some don't eat after 7pm. It is up to you and what works for you.

Hi...I actually have kept in close contact with my doctor since starting my lc plan. This is the question that I had because I am an "at night"eater and I remember my Mother telling me from years ago that I shouldnt eat after 7 or so in the evening. But my doctor said that since I am on this lc plan that it really didnt matter if I my last meal was eaten right before I went to bed because my body needed it.
Everyone is different though, maybe it would depend on how *you* felt.
