HI- My name is Melissa I am 33 yo and I live in Florida. I am on atkins for the 2nd time around. I am looking for a diet buddy to share inspiration with and keep each other going when things get rough. I am the mother of a 2yo son and LC Cooking/recipe collecting is one of my hobbies.

Hi. This is only my first time on Atkins, but I am looking for someone to go through this with also. I am 31 and have 3 children...ages 4, 6 and 8. I have yet to start the diet. I am reading the book and gaining info from this website. I'm still a little lost and am going to need lots of help I'm sure. I am wanting to start the diet ASAP.
