New to Adkins and would like Pen Pal

Hi new to adkins and would like a Pen Pal maybe in Michigan, but would love to talk to anyone who can help.

I'm a Mom of 3 and have been heavy most my life and its not getting easier. I've tried just about every kind of diet and now I'm trying this one in hopes it works.

Anyone who wants to chat and help each other stay strong and go through it together please email me.

Thank you for your message. Its nice to have someone to talk to and have help, possibly a friend.

Its not always easy staying on track, I try but it is hard when everyone eles is eating what you love and you can't have any.
