i just finished my 2 week induction with a few cheats!!
i fell off the wagon ova the weekend n am feelin really fed up now! i lost half a stone though...!
i started at 238 pounds
current weight 230
goal 160!!!

I am also in UK and buy looking at our stats we are about the same weight, goals and target.
