I started Atkins recently and I am finally ready to loose this weight! I am a little down at the moment from some insensitive people on this website and though a penpal might help! I am so tired of newbies asking questions and being told to read the book! I have read them all. If someone asks a question, then it is legit to them and it should not matter which book they did or did not read!

Someone in the playground just made fun of a newbie post because they spelled Aktins wrong (Adkins). Give me a break! I joined this group for moral support and positive peer reinforcement. Well, thanks for letting me rant a little. I would enjoy having a pen pal for moral support! Thanks.
