Staying on the track
Hi! I'm here if you need to talk! My e-mail is:
misskitty3681@yahoo.com I am starting out myself, so I *completely know your pain!* By the way, I don't know if this helps, but I found a great thing, sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding! It is only 7 carbs, so even in my induction, I'm keeping the carbs down. My sister has a friend at work that has been doing atkins for months and he keeps carbs aroung 40. He has done that from the start and has lost tons of weight. Maybe for you, monitoring how many carbs and weening off the sugar with sugar-free items will make it easier for you. Always, give me e-mail if you want to talk! Missy ![]() |

SunnyD-I've been on Atkins a week now and have lost an amazing 8 pounds! Sweets were the absolute hardest for me to give up, but some how I did it. I find that the Atkins Advantage bars are helping me with the cravings and so is sugar-free, low cal Jello. Feel free to email me if I can offer support in any way. Don't give up!
