Need A Little Support!

Hi Everyone! Well I am approaching day 6 of induction and feel okay. I still have headaches but had them before too LOL.
I have lost an amazing 10 lbs so far! I am going out to buy a tread mill this afternoon and I pray that I will use it atleaste 5 days a week!
I think I need some support from the outside! My husband is encouraging me, but he and the kids do not eat different and there are still WAY TOO MANY temptations in the house. At work we have pizza every Friday plus one of the girls broght a crock pot full of luscious smelling/looking veg. soup and of course it sat plugged up in front of me ALL NIGHT! LOL
I have not had a soft drink since LAST Sunday and I would really love a coke
I have sticking with the induction very good. However, I have been drinking an Atkin's Shake every day and eating one of the low carb Atkin's Bar between meals at work. Is this still within the induction plan
Oh well... I am determined to loose this ugly fat! I was a size 3/5 before I hit 25 and then with the children and all...oh well...we can all blame something right? LOL
I am not looking to wear a size 5 again but would be happy in atleaste a 10
