induction and low carb ice cream
I just started my induction last week. My question is, can I replace two small meals with low carb bars as long as I stay under 20 carbs per day? I find the bars sometimes fill me up and satisfy my sweet tooth better than a salad, but someone told me that no matter what you should only have one atkins indulge, for instance, a day.I know it wouldn't be that healthy long term, but just a few weeks.
Thanks for any advice. ![]() |

forgot something!
Part of my last question (I forgot to add) was not just is it ok to have more than one bar a day, but if you stay within 20 can you eat sweets like low carb ice cream more than once and not stall?

be careful. Sugar alcohols stall. You would be better off getting your carbs from vegetables. Especially since you are new, you really need a clean break from the sweets. I promise, it does go away!!! Really, the bars are not worth it. They are only meant for once and awhile. Good luck!
