I just started on the South Beach diet on 1/19/2004. My "stats" are:

167/166/130

I live in Grapevine, Texas and would love to have someone to support and that would support me in this journey.

I would love to learn more about the south beach diet. I have been on atkins for a while and have done ok with it. I have read some on the south beach and it seems like what I'm looking for.
