Need an inspirational buddy

Hi everyone! I'm real new to this board and still learning how to get around. I really could use a penpal to help me while I'm trying to drop 35lbs on Atkins. I'm 1 1/2 wk into induction and I guess I'm a real slow loser---only 1lb down and maybe if I have some 1 on 1 from one of you Atkins pros I may eventually suceed. I may have many diet ? some days or maybe ---well here is one lame ? what are all the folders to the left of the post?---see what I mean ,I may just have a ? about using this site----I'm new to message boards and chat rooms as well---ha ha ha .Well thanks,I sure hope to hear from someone!
