Hi. yes, he got home last Oct. after being gone 11 months. Glad you watched the video. It was quite moving, I thought too. Shows another side to the whole situation, I think.

Saw "Passion" tonight in Marion. Everyone was crying and when it was over everyone just sat there.
It is hard to imagine just how badly He suffered for us. I just can't even understand how people could be so cruel.
Anything that I have to endure in this life could never be as bad as He suffered for us.

Yeah at tommy's 2 (or is it too). Brat did mine. It's a small one on the top of my foot. Japanese Kanji symbol for "mother". You live in Peru? My DH and I were talking about your new mayor. They joke around alot. He was my Dad's boss too for awhile. The phone company is a tangled web. Come to think of it they are all smart a$$es. Lizz.... If I remember right, Brat is the one that specializes in portrait tats....he has some of his own and did a buddys' daughter's portrait strait from a pic..it is awesome and looks just like her! I've seen Tommy 2, but only have been to the original Tommy's. What is your tat?

Yes Kathy the ONLY way to avoid Abbott's is when they are closed. Once in a while we go into town and check out the shops but not since I have been doing Atkins again because I can hear Abbotts screaming my name clear out here in the country.
Welliver's is fabulous. My son's teacher went to Ireland over last summer and met a man that said Welliver's was his favorite thing about visiting his family in the states. The old man Welliver died this week. His funeral is Tuesday our little town of 2000 will be busling with people. The article in the paper said David Letterman's mom is a frenquent patron of the place.
Ok now I am hungry.....lol.

You know that is the exact same way I found out about it. But mine was the bee. I was in a restaurant and I noticed this bee come flying out of the bathroom with some TP hanging off her wing. I quietly told her as she flew by but she ignored me. The lady at the next table is the one that explained it to me. Then I felt bad about the name I had called the bee.

Jen, I am sorry to hear the founder died. I had read the history of Welliver's on the internet - he had wanted to build a haberdashy upon his return from the war!! Bought the little restaurant planning to turn it into his hat shop, but ended up making the little restaurant a big success!!

DH and I wondered how people in Hagerstown NOT eat there? Maybe they just get burned out on it?
