Hello. Newbie looking for guidance.
Hey there. After this Winter, boy has it been crazy. I don't know how much I weighed before, but I know I weigh more now.
I am just looking for people who have actually had a true change in their life, (new job, new boyfriend, major new accomplishments) from this diet and anyone else who is willing to talk. =)!!!! I want someone who is willing to spend as much time, as they feel necessary, to support me through my journey and I will help them through theirs as well. I am a college student. I do not work. So I would have a lot of time to correspond with someone. I am looking to do a low-carb diet, but I would like fruit to be included in my diet, I feel it is a necessary part of my everyday diet. I also wanted to know what the 1,2,3 plan consists of and if grain bread or wheat bread has an effect on your carb diet. Today I ate strawberries, a salad, and I am still trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. Thank you for reading!!
