Hi All - -
I am fairly new to the Low Carb way of eating. I've learned a lot just from reading some of your posts. I know that support from you would be a great help for me to keep going in the right direction. I tried induction but I think I wasn't strict enough with myself on it. I tried the Stover Candy (which is really too good)
and I think that I should have waited before trying these new products. Also I had really large portions - - what a way of eating with all that yummy stuff like steaks, cheeses etc. So I am going to try again until I get this right - - - And a Special thank you to MustDoIt for all of her inspiration and information too!!!! I wish all of you success today and I will post as I can to tell you of my success also cause we all know that we can do this!!! missy06 |

Good luck Missy. If I can be of any help I will try. I don't get on the board too often, usually once a week, but you can email me anytime
I have been on Atkins since May 2003 and lost 76 pounds so far. Still going strong (though I have had my downfalls) and still setting my daily goals at 20 carbs or less. I wish you success. |
