I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET

hello everyone,
my name is jo and im on atkins for the second time in my life.
i started back in june and went off the plan in july. FINALLY have found my way back.

anyhow i need to loose 150 pounds....

its going to be a long journey for me i understand. but i think i can make it with some help from the people out there...
so anyone( going thru the same thing or ones that have already been there), willing to write me and share some encouragement, i will try to do the same for.

im only on my second day of induction . but i need to do this for me finally. im 32 and have been overweight all my life. thanks to all who read this.

My name is Ang, I live in PA, I'm 31 years old, & I'd love to stay in touch & support each on this long joourney of losing weight.. I need to lose at least 100 pounds.. I bought the Atkins Voideos a few weeks ago & I bought the Recipe Book Saturday night at the Grocery store.. I can't wait to make some of the Recipes cause they sound really tasty, but I can't do much of anything right now due to the fact I'm in an Arm Cast right now & I am si miserable, but surviving..
