Who wanted a pal and didnt get on yet?

I see a lot of posts wanting pals, dont know if anyone doesnt have one. If they dont they can always email me. I dont claim to be an expert at this but I have three months of this under my belt, and 28 lbs off my belt LOL. If you want to talk to someone, im here. I know it helps having a sounding board...........

You can never have enough buddies! Count me in. This is my second time to Atkins losing 94 lbs the first time then gaiing 30 back. Now I am ready to change for good and get back to a healthier way of eating! Drop me a line summerdaisy0222@msn.com I'd lovet o hear from you!
