HELP.....I need support

Hi everyone,

I am having a difficult time getting back on induction. I've gained ten pounds over the holidays and I feel awful. I'm motivated to try again but I really need support. I also quit smoking in October and my weight loss stalled. I plan on going back to the gym and working out at least four days a week. I'll do whatever it takes to start losing again. I want to lose about 80 lbs but I'm trying to think of it in terms of ten pounds at a time.

This site has been a life saver! I'd love to hear from anyone interested in mutual support through e-mails. my address is delilahjayne@yahoo.com or krn5112@aol.com.

Looking forwar to hearing from you soon!!
